- I have no idea where to start or what to order!
LET ME HELP!! Several things here, first once you decide what size you are ordering, my order forms will walk you through step by step to make the ordering process as easy as possible. - Do you have models I can come see or a showroom?
Yes and sort of! Yes, I have many models that can be viewed by appointment only. I don't have a store front but I do have examples of most items I have to chose from or that are available to put on the mums. Please use contact us form to inquire about a time or call 972-436-1351 and leave a message and I will get back with you shortly.
- I don't have a date yet or what if my date changes? What do I do?
Well this is an easy one - let me know! I can add or change a person's name on the mum up until the day you pick it up!!
- Can I ask for specific items or themes for my mum/garter or submit my ideas?
YES!!! Please do! I want to make sure that you LOVE your mum or garter and that it is exactly what YOU want! Please use the detail box on order form to specify anything you want added or made. You will be contacted in response. You may always ask in advance by using the contact us form general questions as well. WE CAN MAKE JUST ABOUT ANYTHING!!!
- When in the deadline for ordering a mum or garter?
The last date you can order a mum or garter is 10 days before your Homecoming date. There are RUSH requests taken based upon availability. I do have models made that we will sell that we can make small changes to, but these go super fast so don't wait! You would need to use the online contact us form and they would be sold on a first come first serve basis. IT IS BEST TO ORDER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO FILL UP AND WILL HAVE TO CUT OFF ORDERING ONCE WE ARE FULL.
- How can I get a RUSH request and does it cost extra?
To see if a RUSH request is available please use the contact us form and select RUSH from the subject line. Someone will respond to you same day. There is a RUSH charge of $30 for mums and $20 for garters.
The standard 7.25 inch 21 layer white mum that I use on all DELUXE and MEGA MUMS is by far the best flower. The reason for a surcharge to substitute another flower is not due to quality but rather supply. The more layers the flower has the "fluffier" it looks.
The additional $5 for mums and $4 for garters for seniors is optional if you want additional senior items such as senior garland, additional senior trinkets, stickers and more. So they come with more stuff on them! You do have the option of not adding the extra senior items. It will still have a ribbon with senior on it and a few senior trinkets, but not the extra senior items.
- Do you charge extra for sports trinkets, etc?
ON DELUXE AND MEGA - NO WAY! We don't charge extra for all those little items one by one! The only additions in price are the extras listed under the mum details. No surprises!! FOR BASIC MUMS OR BASIC GARTERS THERE IS A $5 CHARGE FOR ANY ADDED THEME.
- Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
Due to the custom nature of these products we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges. Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of initial order (except for RUSH orders - no cancellations allowed.) You must receive a confirmation of your cancellation for it to be valid. After 24 hours the deposit is non refundable.
- Can I make a change on my mum or garter - such as a name, etc?
YES!! In most circumstances we will be able to accommodate you with minor changes such as the name change of a date, etc. You must contact us to discuss any changes.
We are located on the border of Lewisville and Flower Mound. When you place your order you will need to let us know what date you need to pick it up by. Pick ups are by appointment only and we will let you know when it is ready for pick up and set the time then. We also have limited pick up availability in Down Town Fort Worth and Arlington area. If these options do not work, we do offer shipping for a fee. We are 4 miles east of Flower Mound High School, 3 Miles SE of Marcus High School, 2 Miles West of Lewisville High School, 5 Miles NW of Coppell High School, 12 Miles NE of Grapevine High School, 14 Miles NE of Colleyville Heritage High School, 16 Miles NE of Southlake Carroll High School, 11 miles West of The Colony High School, 17 Miles West of Plano West High School.
- Do I have to pay in full?
A deposit is all that is required at the time of order. An order will not be accepted until deposit is paid. If deposit is not made within 12 hours of placing order, order will be cancelled. If you do not receive a confirmation email from me that I received your order and deposit, then it has not been received. Balance must be paid at or before pick up. NON REFUNDABLE. Once you submit order you will receive an invoice via paypal in your email. Once you pay deposit we will start your mum /garter. Please let us know if you need to make deposit via any other method.
- What are my payment options?
You can pay through paypal, pay cash in person, or use a credit card for phone orders or in person. Phone orders will require additional information for security purposes. Orders that require shipping must be paid in full before item can ship.
We are able to ship items! There is a charge of $30 for Mums and $20 for Garters (This price covers Priority Mail 2 Day shipping with delivery confirmation and supplies) If item needs to be shipped, we need an additional 5 days on the ordering time. This allows for us to ship 1 full week before date needed to ensure timely delivery. We have the mum boxes custom made to fit and they are bubble wrapped to keep safe. IF YOUR ITEM REQUIRES SHIPMENT PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. We will ship no later than the Monday the week of your homecoming date. Priority Mail has a 2 day (3 day in extreme cases) delivery time. I insure the packages and will notify you of the tracking number once it is mailed. Once sent we are not held liable for any packages delayed outside of our control.
